This is a Tag I have done for an Altered Tag Swap on the Paper Paradise website Forum. The background is done with distress inks which I have stippled. I have used a Paper Artsy Stamp and I have then just highlighted the clowns with different colours using glitter pens and stickles and added the writing, a bow and the yellow ribbon.
